Describe the best Halloween costume you've seen.


the best halloween costume i have ever seen was leslie tietsorts halloween costume last year as a vampire. i thought the way that she looked and her contacts that she had in was really cool. i would have never been able to go into that much detail or creative thoughts.

How can changing an existing image create new art?

it changes it up and makes it interesting. it changes the way you look at that picture and at art.

i didn't finish it earlier here is the rest of the steps
28. take the same dark red color from earlier and add it randomly to the face making it look blood like
29. change the blend mode to soft light or overlay
30. use the burn tool on the blood to make it look more realistic
31. create a new layer
32. paint over the eyes black
33. change the blend mode to however you would like
34. change the opacity to however you would like
35. pick out your background picture
36. copy your background layer
37. copy it, paste it on the image
38. use the magic wand tool and select part of the picture
39. erase the part of the background that you selected with the magic wand tool
40. repeat till the background is how you would like it
41. save the picture as a jpeg
42. enjoy your creepy pictures

1. pick out the picture you want to make a zombie
2. create a new layer
3. pick out a light gray color
4. paint over the skin parts
5. click layer, go to blending options and choose the blending mode that you like best
6. merge the skin and the picture together
7. burn around the eyes, mouth, cheeks, and nose
8. get the gray color you used from before and paint over the eyes (tip: set the hardness to 0%)
9.  go to filter, gaucasion filter 
10. you want it to be around 2-5 pixels
11. go to the blend options and choose what looks good to you
12. erase anything that is not in the eye
13. change the opacity to low and play with the blending options again
14. create a new layer and name it "Blood"
15. select a dark red color and color the bottom of the eyes
16. go to blend mode and make it soft light
17. make blood layer under the layer with the eyes
18. go to filter, gacasian blur
19. the pixels should be 10-13
20. merge the blood, eye, and image together
21. use the burn tool again and burn around the eyes
22. pick a picture to texture the face
23. copy it, paste it, and change the opacity
24. you need to erase anything you don't want
25. raise the opacity
26. go to the blend options and change it to how you like it
27. burn the parts that you want to burn
